elpa-goto-chg software package provides navigate the point to the most recent edit in the buffer, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install elpa-goto-chg
elpa-goto-chg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the elpa-goto-chg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep elpa-goto-chg *
You will get with elpa-goto-chg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
